Aaron was raised in Minnesota where his parents served pastorates with the North Central Conference of The Evangelical Church. While attending Vennard College, he sensed God leading him into ministry. A six-month college internship with Evangelical Church Missions in Brazil confirmed this calling to cross-cultural mission work.

Aaron presently serves in the role of MAST Regional Director for the Americas and Southern Africa with Wycliffe associates. Within this role, they are overseeing MAST teams that initiate translation projects with the local church. These projects, owned by the church, are then given the support of training and tools to see the whole Bible translated into their mother-tongue. Their primary role will be facilitating the teams, assisting the local church and training everyone involved while maintaining a supportive eye to all the projects within our region.
